An Audio Message from Bob Downer in Support of the Johnson County Justice Center

Robert N. Downer received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Iowa College of Law and was admitted to the Iowa Bar, both in 1963. Mr. Downer also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Iowa, awarded in 1961, and served as Student Body President in 1960-61.
Mr. Downer’s practice of law has concentrated in the fields of corporate law and trusts and estates. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America in these fields since 1995. He has also been an active member of the Johnson County, Iowa State and American Bar Associations, having served as President of both the Johnson County and Iowa State Bar Associations. [More…]
